How does shipping take and is it tracked?

Our Shipping on average takes 7/14 business days.

And yes all of our parcels come with tracked shipping via the shop app.

Why isn't my tracking updating?

Your tracking will only update once it reaches its destination country.

Why has only one of my items come yet I ordered more than one thing?

The reason to this is because our shipping agents separate items into 2 parcels to reduce shipping time

Returns

If your item is incorrect from what you’ve ordered (wrong size, wrong colour or wrong item completely)

We will send out a replacement free of charge and you keep the original item.
